Job Description

  • Build trust, consult customers on the global market in the list prepared and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Make customers understand well how to use our service effectively by consultation.
  • Manage all hand-offs and coordinates among various teams throughout the process to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Setup the appointment with customers with the third party (if any).
  • Prepare and compose documents related to (new) customer's arising services. Track workflow and report to the superior weekly.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English (and other languages) is preferred. Fluent in 4 skills: Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing.
  • Ability to lead and manage complex tasks and work with multiple clients at the same time, ability to team-work and under pressure.
  • Major: Finance - Marketing, Finance - Banking, Foreign Trade, External Relation, International Economics.
  • Strength: Good at English is a big plus
  • Have minimum 1-year experience.
  • Have experience working for a Multinational Company is a strong point.
